How Does  A Leader Make Decisions?

I hate selfish people, don't you? Some people only think about themselves, and what will benefit them in the long run rather then somebody else. They don't worry about anybody else's feeling which hurts. That is not a leader, that is a greedy person. A leader is somebody who cares about their followers, co-workers, teammates and generally everybody. A leader thinks about how their actions affect everybody else whether it may be positive or negative. Take for example an army Sargent. He constantly guides his troops men thinks about everybody. He wants his troops to survive, therefore he strategically guides them. He is highly respected by the other troops, and they look up to him and are honoured to be given orders by him.
Leaders do not think about themselves before making decisions, because if they did nobody would follow their lead. The leaders that make decisions without consulting their people, they are not well liked. They only care about themselves and money which is not fair and doesn't get them very fair.

A leader is highly respected, and there is a reason they are in charge. They have either done good things for an organization, a community or a country. There are few exceptions, such as dictatorship which is based on power and fear. However these people aren't respected, they are just in charge due to power which has been passed down. A true leader does not create followers, they create leaders. This means they build somebody's confidence by encouraging them, complimenting them when they have done  good  work  or  when  they  have  noticed improvementImage result for leader
Leaders are effective and efficient. I have met good ones, and bad ones. The difference people a good and bad leader reflects in their employees/ teammates. If they are highly motivated, they will be more willing to work then if they are constantly being under minded, judged and not respected. Let me ask you this, who would you rather get instructions from, a selfish idiot, or somebody who cares about you?
